Dollar Tree Haul!
Hello everyone! I haven’t done a Thrifty Tuesday blog post in so long, but I’m finally getting back in the swing of things. I have so many exciting new things that are going on in my life which is causing a form exhilaration and stress. I’m not sure if that even made sense LOL. All I can do is keep reminding myself that the Lord won’t give me more than I can handle! I’ll be posting a blog post about my up coming move shortly. We also purchased a new car less than two months ago so I’ll be providing my thoughts on that as well.
I had the opportunity to go into Dollar Tree today and was absolutely amazed at the number of quality products that they had available! You can literally lose your mind going into Dollar Tree store. I’m not ashamed to admit it! Dollar Tree has never done me wrong and it’s my go to store when I’m wanting to stock up on a lot of stuff fairly cheap. It’s either Dollar Tree, Sam’s Club or a Costco Wholesale store but I prefer Dollar Tree for the basics. I only spent $18.06. I provided descriptions of everything below.
In the above picture are some aqua beads that I purchased. I got them so I could add them to a flower arrangement for my office.
I thought these were so unique! You add water to the beads and the expand 500X. The hydrating beads absorb, store, and release water as your plants need it.
The Folding Vase is a cleverly designed foldable vase that weighs next to nothing and takes up no more space than an envelope. When you’re ready to use it,
you simply fill it with water and Hydrating Beads, and add flowers. Later, you can dump the flowers, rinse, and fold the vase flat for storage.
The Hydroponic Hydrating Beads bring beauty and functionality to your floral arrangements. I plan on buying a lot more of these!
I came across this in Dollar Tree so I had to have it. I love African prints and this particular print matches my living room! You can’t beat $1.00 for a beautiful print.
Well I basically I bought this DVD to add it to my collection of fitness videos. I’ll get around to watching it one day LOL! $1.00 for a fitness video!
We were running low on hand soap so I picked up some more. The Dermasil Moisturizing Hand Wash has a cherry almond scent which smells just like this Jergens lotion that I use to buy.
I got these for my kids but I know that I’m going to have to get some more. These freeze pops are absolutely delicious. If you love drinking Sunny D then you’ll love these freeze pops! I have not seen these in the regular stores yet.
I also picked up some fabric softener dryer sheets that aren’t in any of the pictures above and a pack of disposable shower caps that are pictured in the collage above. I think I got some pretty good items including my favorite candy as a kid, Ring Pops! All of the photos have a time stamp of 04/03/13 and that’s because my husband’s camera was still set as if he was still in Korea LOL!
Have you scored some really good deals lately? I would love to hear about them in the comments and as always thanks for reading.
